Mobility + Strength Training WORKOUT
Join us Saturday Dec 21st for my Mobility + Strength Training Class!
We're going to spend the first half of class going through my FULL mobility routine to help you work on your flexibility, range of motion, and mobility. Through dynamic stretching and movements you'll have a new routine that you can start to incorporate into your daily or weekly workouts!
Then we'll transition info my strength training class to see how different your workout feels when we properly warm up, stretch, and get those muscles prepped for a good workout!
